GENERAL QUESTIONS

You can return the watch within 30 days without a reason. Somply send us an email to support@whatwatch.com
Please fill out a return request form (https://www.whatwatch.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/07/Return-Policy_EN.pdf) and send it to support@whatwatch.com
Returns within 30 days of purchase will be refunded to the original form of payment. After 30 days, products can be only replaced.
The warranty period is 1 year.
Recently placed orders can be changed providing they are not yet fulfilled. Please email us at support@whatwatch.com and provide details about the necessary changes
Free delivery is within 3-6 business days, Express delivery is available for an extra fee.
We ship our watches free of charge. Please note that if you live outside of the EU or the USA, additional import charges may be incurred. We recommend to check the import charges for your country before placing an order.
We have three warehouses we can ship from: Chicago for the Americas, Netherlands for Europe, and Hong Kong for the rest of the world.
You will receive an email notification along with the invoice as soon as you place the order, as well as when the order is fulfilled.
You will receive an email with the delivery information once the order has shipped.
Orders can be paid either with a credit card, or by PayPal.

CALENDAR WATCH

"iOS – iPhone 4S and above using iOS 9 and above Android – Smartphones using Android 5.0 and above with Bluetooth 4.0 (Low Energy) Technology support – GATT profile 2 support is required."
You can turn Bluetooth off through the Calendar Watch App (activating the Airplane mode function) and then re-enable it again by simply triple-tapping the watch face.
The water resistance is 5 ATM.
"Open the App, go to the “MY WATCH” screen and then to the CALIBRATE section. Enter the current position of the hands on your watch. The watch will then automatically rotate the hands to synchronize with the time on your smartphone. Please note that the watch hands will pause during this calibration process. "
The philosophy behind the Calendar Watch is that ‘less is more’ and as such, we deliberately have not included meeting details on the watch face.
For an instant update from your phone to the watch, simply triple-tap it. This will pull the data across immediately.
As soon as the phone gets signal and adjusts itself, the watch will follow automatically.
"Yes. Only new events will be unable to sync to the watch. Other than that everything will function as normal, your schedule will remain visible and correct as per the last time the phone and watch were synced. In fact the Calendar Watch holds your schedule for 48 hours, so if your phone died you would still have 2 days’ worth of your schedule with you."
